Will Bond, Fall Manor House Manager

Will has been in and out of treatment programs since his early teens, where he first developed a deep passion for counseling and therapy. He battled sex and drug addiction for many years, eventually finding his way to Patton House in 2017. There, he achieved two years of solid sobriety before relapsing and spending the next eight years struggling to stay clean.

In May 2025, he made the decision to get sober again and immediately returned to the place that had once given him hope—Patton Sober Living—reuniting with his former manager (now COO) Randy, whom he was excited to work alongside once more. After living as a resident for nine months and fully embracing the program’s structure, accountability, and community, Will transitioned into a House Manager role. Drawing from his own experiences with relapse, recovery, and rebuilding a meaningful life, he now provides daily mentorship, enforces house guidelines, leads by example, and helps each young man develop the tools and routines needed for lasting sobriety and a fulfilling, fun sober lifestyle.
